Comments
Temps -13 in shade, -5 in sun warming to -3 by afternoon. Winds light. Skies clear with scattered clouds towards afternoon. A windpress on W and N facing slopes is overlaid by new snow of between 30 - 40cms of low density snow. Sastrugi formation at alpine nicely hiding rocks on W and NW aspects so avoiding lumps is adviseable. SE slopes starting to get some solar effect. No reaction to ski cuts. Snow is fast.
