Comments
Skied east slopes above Fish Lake. Total snowpack approximately 50 cm. 20 cm soft snow above 10 cm denser layer and 20 cm facets to ground. The denser layer was supportive while skiing down, did not hit any rocks. SW winds were picking up at ridgeline just as we left. All in all, short runs but good skiing for being so close to Whitehorse.
