Comments
While skinning through trees on NW aspect we remotely triggered 1.5 size avalanche on adjacent rocky slope with thin unsupported snowpack. 20m wide / 45cm deep fracture line occurred 50m upslope from our position with slide running past us for a total length of 60m. Due to our position we were safe. Lots of whumphing and shooting cracks occurring in all rocky areas.
