Skier accidental - 1 involvement - size 1 on wind slab
We were aiming for Surprise Pass, but after observing cracks and whumpfs, we decided to turn around from the south west flank of Fairview Mountain. At 13:15, one skier triggered a size 1 avalanche on the wind slab layer at ~2300m. He travelled for 100 m and was not buried.
