Comments
Purple Bowl was as expected. Variable snow conditions. Low tide, wind affected snow near the top. Throughout the entire ski down the snow consistently changed between hard, crusty top layer or nice soft turns. One minute you would be enjoy a few nice powder turns and then run into a hard surface crust/ice. Weather was very nice for temperature, -2 degrees as a day time high. Light winds at the 2,650m and a mix of sun/cloud all day. We skied North aspect.
