Comments
Snow was very sticky and saturated even in the moderately dense trees on the ridge, skins getting saturated and clumps of snow building under skis on skins. Snow in denser trees below the ridge was denser but dryer, with snow in lower Kybers being the easiest to ski even icey in parts. Skis not punching thru snow, but boots punching thru very easily to bottomless snow.
