Comments
We skied the Garabaldi Neve Traverse on Sunday.
We saw evidence of old loose wet avalanches from last week’s warm temps, but did not see any new activity.
The alpine conditions were stable with a soft crust.
It started so snow a little in the afternoon, which made for great skiing conditions with a few centimetres of snow on the crust.
Garabaldi lake was in good condition (cold and frozen) to ski out.
It is possible to ski down trail back down to rubble creek parking lot up until the last 3-4 km (depending how sporty you want to make the descent).
