Comments
Skied north facing slope (elevation range 1300m - 2150). Very low density snow, unaffected by solar or wind. Of concern was extensive cracking on convexities in the elevation range approximately 1700m - 2000m. A very soft slab 30 - 40 cm thick. None seen below or above this elevation range. No whumpfing. No visible avalanches. Calm winds all day, no wind effect on snow or transport noted.
