The storm cycle brought a ton of new snow so we chose to abandon the idea of Gin and instead went for a walk to Rainbow Lake. We skied sub 30 degree angles unless it was heavily dense trees. Lots of tree bombs dropping all day. Overall, the snow was every bit as unstable as we expected.
