Comments
Went to Bow Summit area to dig a snow profile.
Targeting areas of concern that are fans below cliff bands to look for slab properties over the crust layer.
The results are as follows.
2470m NE 35deg HS 95cm
CTE (4) SC dn 80cm
CTM (15) SC dn 80cm
CTH (25) SC dn 80cm
Wide range of results, snowpack right side up but reacting on the crust and facets. Season is still young and so is the snowpack, take it easy out there.
