Riding quality was:

Snow conditions were:

• Heavy
• Powder

We rode:

• Dense trees
• Mellow slopes

We stayed away from:

• Alpine slopes
• Convex slopes
• Cut blocks
• Open trees
• Steep slopes

The day was:

• Cloudy
• Windy

Some snow until the afternoon. Definitely noticed storm/wind slab up top that fell away nicely in ski tracks. Some cracks on the skin track as well. Some wind packed spots on south east aspects.

Solid heavy powder on southeast aspect of Elgood in the trees.

The slabs seemed to layer oddly in cut blocks, they didn’t seem cohesive and appeared to be more fragile.
