Signs of an older avalanche above the alpine in the bowl on west facing aspect but not much snow yet. Might have been due to heating of rocks at top, could see crown just below the ridge. About 20-30 cms snow depth along side of bowl, consistent right to ground, no discernible layers. Very dangerous in alpine when we get more snow.
