Comments
Skied the trees on cirque peak today. Got a look at the very large skier triggered slab in the alpine that is a few days old, but didn't see anything new for activity. We stayed at treeline and below treeline. Above treeline was very wind affected and ski quality degraded quickly. Snow was very supportive for skiing. Sunny and an inversion, so temperatures felt near zero and surface snow was softening up significantly. Down low there was hoar frost forming and it was -17 at the car when we started.
