Comments

Observed during an AST 2 course. Another group - rider rode from R to L toward thin spot near rocks and triggered. Was able to hold on and ride out. Examination of the bed surface clearly showed sugary (facetted) snow over the raincrust that formed in november. Slab was very hard. Glad none were harmed.
