Brisk (-25?) morning at Log Cabin, not as windy as some forecasts. Very clear day. No signs of Avis on drive in. Soft powder in lower trees, 10cm of powder on hard crust mid trees, patchy wind hardened crust higher around tree line with patches of powder on lee side of small changes in slope. Minor cracks shooting out when breaking surface wind slab on ascent. Small hoar frost xtls on surface in sheltered areas.
