Went to check out the conditions on Tecumseh from the Alison Chinook Nordic parking. Beautiful conditions and close to 1m of snow since last weekend. -1 at the car and -10 at treeline. We found 140m of snow at the edge of the alpine. Did a compression test at 1950 with 135cm snowpack and had results on CT2 down 20cm. Cleared the snow and resumed the rest with no further results, but was easy to pry off the column on a crust interface 60cm from the ground. Great skiing on low angle terrain!
