Went out for a peek at the South Ghost. Driving was uneventful, the big hill by the Cabin was getting a bit rutted and icy, but mellow overall.
When we arrived at the South Ghost Parking, a team had beat us out to our target (Anorexia Nervosa). So we decided to take a look around instead. We walked towards Wicked Wanda, and as we approached Wanda, we watched as Malignant Mushroom come down from across the valley.
Wanda's first pitch looked good, a weird snow ledge around the bolt stations, but there was a lot of running water inside/behind the ice. With the very warm temperatures, watching MM come down, and the sounds of rushing water, we elected to hike out.
Temperature at the car was around 3 degrees C. Was drifting snow mixed with periods of light rain. Very warm day.
