Comments
some small (30cm) cracking was noticed when skinning around the lake, powder on the skin track had all blown away in the alpine. significant wind affect, snow depth on a NW slope varied from 03 to 50cm. moderately stiff, yet light crust was easy to punch through, still plenty of fun to ski. some surface hoar was beginning to form.
