Comments

Surprising lack of signs of instability today while skiing up to 40 degree confined gullies. No significant cracking, shearing or whumphing obs. A couple of VERY small size 1 natural avalanches failing on a storm interface down 20cm where it was hollow (upside down). Test profile around 1600m showed it was unlikely to propagate avalanches on the recently buried facet layer down 65cm (ECTN17)
