Idaho Peak

Riding quality was:

Good

5 cm of new snow and snowing all day (minimal accumulation). We skied the north facing area of Idaho Peak. The conditions were really good (35-45 degree slopes). It was a bit hard to tell but it seemed like the hoar frost layer was maybe broken up by the wind (not positive though). We poked around on the south side and there is a thick sun crust with minimal snow on top (it would make for bad riding).

We did not find any slabs from the new snow at this time. There was very little wind.
