Comments
Amazing snow right now off the SE face of mt Standish and the east aspect off twin Cairns. Surface hoar was growing over night. Height of snow was 160 cm. Our compression test was giving moderate (RP) results on a windslap on suncrust at 100cm on SE aspect at 2350m. No wind and lots of Sun but not quite warm enough for a suncrust to form.
