Comments
Spend three days at little sands cabin Friday - Sunday.
Expecting sketchy avalanche conditions, we stuck to low angle simple terrain on Friday.
No signs of instability or avalanche activity. We rode the east and west facing slopes from the cabin all weekend without issue. Snow was amazing!
Dug a pit, had a 30cm slab release on 13, and another one lower down at 50-60 at around 18.
We avoided convexities and stayed away from areas of wind loading. Lots of sleds out!
We had one woomph, on the west ridgetop in a wind funnel feature.
