Comments

With the stormy spring conditions we spent the day enjoying powder turns on treed slopes. The visibility was poor today so the trees helped us see the terrain. We found about 40cm of snow on the last March crust but you cant feel it as you travel above. The rain/snow line was at 1900m by the end of the day. We saw one natural avalanche that looked to be about 24 hrs old. It was a size 2 and likely cornice triggered.
