We skiied the Spearhead Traverse from March 14-16. High winds and cold temps created wind slabs on westerly aspects. Some reactive to skier traffic. The ski quality was particularly rugged. On the 16th conditions warmed up and we saw numerous slab, wet slab and wet loose release avalanches on S aspects.
