Comments
We made our way up to 2100m on an ESE in search of the buried surface hoar layer mentioned in the bulletin. We found this layer down 45cm at our location. We found this layer to be reactive in the easy to moderate range in both our column and extended column tests providing sudden collapse and full block propagation.
