Comments
Great first day. Below treeline is still extremely thin. Avg 115-130cm in upper treeline areas. Nice snowpack for early season.
Southerland asp have a crust den 55cm that we did not find in our northern hole at 1950m. Lower 25cm another cust exists with large wet facets that had repeatable hard compression test results.
Pretty widespread surface hoar from upper BTL to alpine. Larger in sheltered areas to 5mm.
No signs of instability while trying to not hit land sharks. Great day for late November.
