Comments
Several alpine below cornice slab avalanches observed today. Geronimo bowl, dark side cliffs, zymbuk 2 and 3. Pics in order I think. All looked to be cornice drop initiated ?? All ran far with wide propagation of slab crowns. Hwy control of Shames slidepath yesterday ?? Produced lg debris pile visable from rd. Wind was heavy in the am today and moving snow to Lee slopes. Found nice snow in sheltered waterfall tree meadows and Paulywood area..
