Comments
Loads of whumphing and shooting cracks. Dug a pit at 1900m north facing slope in the trees. CT failed at 17 with a sudden collapse on a hoar frost/facet layer at 70cm depth. The snow pack was 140cm in this location, and everything below 70cm depth was sugary garbage facets. It was cold. The snow was tempting, but we ran away.
