80cm of snow in a meadow on se aspect at 1600m. Local wind from north west creating hard wind slab on south east aspects and cross loading north aspects. Some small pockets released in large blocky chunks where steep enough, and lots of whumpfing/shooting cracks where less steep.

Much of the snow on the north side of the ridge was wind affected, but still found pockets of buried surface hoar down about 30cm where it hadn't been scoured yet.
