Comments

1st lap was great with no signs of instability and deep skiing. On our way up to the top for another lap we remote triggered 2 size 1 persistent slabs failing 40 down on facets. The sun had poked out a bit earlier in the day and was enough to make the top 10cm moist. We were on a west aspect that remote triggered a north facing slope. We observed cracking & whumphing at the time of the remote trigger as well as afterwards. We played it safe with a tight tree run down.
