Snow quality above the freezing level (about 950m) from the previous day was powdery and rode very well. We were able to trigger wind/storm slabs on NE slope from ski cut on steep convex rolls at about 1000m. There were strong S wind in the alpine mix with snow. The riding conditions below 950 was... garbage. Pretty thick crust on the lower elevation area.
