Comments
After skiing north bowl (good snow, a bit heavy) we skied to the top of a NE facing chute in zymbuck area to investigate (little man couloir), the top of the feature and surrounding slopes looked wind loaded. We triggered a shooting crack on a wind-loaded pocket at the top and stomped out a small ~30cm deep slab that slid partway down the chute. We turned around and skied tree triangle (south facing), the top 2/3 was good snow, the bottom 1/3 was heavy wet snow with lots of pinwheels. We noticed rapid warming in the afternoon. Light wind and snow throughout the day and plenty of low cloud/fog to keep things interesting.
