Comments

Snow down low was very wet (lots of glopping both skinning and skiing). At our high point around 1400m ski quality was quite good, but still on the heavy side. About 40cms of new had fallen in open spots but the trees had stopped much from accumulating in denser areas. Temperatures rose through the day with snow in the lot when we started turning to rain by the time we left. Down low there was a notable layer of ~5cms of denser snow about 10cms below the surface, with lighter snow below.
