Comments
Snow was great up high, but unstable conditions. Skied at and below tree line and stayed off of steep slopes, although still Triggered 2 size 1 avalanches on small 30degree west facing slopes at 1750m and 1650m. Approximately 35cm deep wind slab sitting on recent crust. Saw large cracks on nearby convex slopes (caused naturally). Wet, heavy and crusty snow below 1600m.
