Comments
We toured Halcyon Ridge today. Snow conditions haven’t changed the last few days from a skiing/riding perspective, but the clear cold night pulled out lots of hoar frost formations. There’s abundant wind slab up high, as well as well preserved pow stashes and amazing, boot deep, wind pressed goodness. High pressure has set in for the weekend followed by a cold outflow event next week; in short, get it while it’s good! Consider posting a MIN this weekend, particularly if you get high as alpine days have been rare this year and we’d love to see some obs. See everyone in the snow.
