Comments
The day started with light rain on the way in which made for some pretty dicy roads. Once parking we noted an avalanche on the path you can see from the parking lot. Between the rain the the valley bottom and the recent avalanche we knew we would have to change our plans for the day and ride very conservatively avoiding as many open and wind exposed slopes as we could. Moving further down the trail we spotted a few more avalanches. We tip toed our way in and took a look around and called it a day after gathering some weather observations.
