Comments
As temps dropped with lowering FL's we ventured into higher alpine. Strong winds from SE loading and crossloading lee features just below ridgetops and behind ribs with dry soft slabs to 30cm over firmer rimed windpress from 180203. Easy hand shears and some shooting cracks.
Steeper slopes over 35 easily ski cut.
Ski quality good on soft dry snow down to 1850m before encountering new crust from recent temp spike with light dry skiff over top.
