Comments
2 snowmobilers at top of slope, triggered wind slab and both were carried in the avalanche for about 400m. The slab was 20cm-70cm deep. 1 person deployed an air bag and stayed on top of the debris and suffered minor injuries. The 2nd person was fully buried, recovered by friends and helpful bystanders and was flown to hospital with more serious injuries.
