Amazing day at Pulpit on 93N. Started off fairly mellow wx wise and we summited knob no 1 with a great group of 3 ladies helping us break trail in knee deep snow. Got two amazing runs down but the storm slab started being reactive and winds picked up to strong. We pulled the pin around 1pm as small pockets were ripping out and we could see shooting cracks. Quite the noise coming from Lilliput - either it was the wind or there was a pretty good sized avalanche that came down... we bailed quickly given conditions and as we were crossing the lake (watery track made for some glopping) the wx relaxed and died down a tad. Drive back down 93N was treacherous with overturned vehicle. I’d give it a bit of time for the storm slab to decompose with cold wx and it’s gonna be awesome over there ...
