Skied in the Needle Peak Area today. No wind. It snowed lightly all day. HS variable 100-135cm on south facing slopes below ridge crest. CT 13 20cm down on South Facing slope at approx 1700m on approx. 35-37 degree slope. Avoided steep entry to subslpine trees. Skied south of Needle, below Flatiron on east aspects, and Needle Ridge...very pleasant skiing today on low angled terrain and in the trees.
