Spent 4 days in Lake O Hara, E Parker hut!

Significant wind had stripped the high alpine of much snow. We skied in the alpine by lake oesa and travel is challenging with a thin snowpack. 50-60 cm tree line. Observed evidence of up to size 3 in steep alpine terrain, especially where wind loaded.

Skied glades and found excellent powder on a supportive snowpack 60-70 cm around MacArthur pass area.
