Commentaires
Saw a large 2.5 avalanche likely from last week's storm cycle off the top of Cayoosh S2 on our way up to ski Lazy Boy. Looked to have started from rocks where the snow looked heavily wind-affected and cross loaded, and not from a cornice drop, as we initially expected. Was -17 at the car when we clicked into our skis at 8:30 am, but it definitely warmed in the alpine throughout the day and observed some pin wheeling in the alpine beginning around noon when it had warmed considerably. Had a fun day rippin' soul turns in the alpine! Beware the icy trees.
