Avalanche in the Torpy riding area east of Prince George

I am reporting this second hand information but thought it was very significant to making good choices when out riding . This took place in the Torpy in the area commonly known as the 3rd bowl . There was a group of 3 playing in the area and another group of about 10 riders . 1 of the riders in the group of 3 was stuck on a hill when one of the riders from the group of 10 climbed the hill the rider was stuck on and cut across the hill above the stuck rider causing an avalanche . The rider that caused the Avalanche did not know he caused the Avalanche until the debris were passing beside him. The rider that was stuck was partially buried and did not have time to deploy his Avalanche bag . The sled was completely buried . The avy was approximately 200 feet wide that ran all the way to ground . Slabs were 2-4 feet thick . This was a sunny day with fresh powder on top of 2 layers of surface hoar and on the ground had approx 10 cm s of ice . Please be careful out there as this is the second avy that was human triggered in the Torpy riding area
