Comments
Skied up Wolverine Valley to ridge crest with the intention of avoiding all terrain steep enough to avalanche. Beautiful day with some moderate W winds on the summit ridge. No fresh avalanches were observed except for some small sluffs on south-facing steep faces near rocks. Snow profile at treeline shown here. Skiing down from treeline down was almost unskiable - or at least, survival skiing at best. Every turn you blow through to the facets at the base of the snowpack.
