Comments
Skier remote triggered avalanche at ridge top. Party was skinning up ridge and looked back to see debris. Did not see initiation, but suspected to have occurred minutes before. Start zone incline was roughly in mid 30s, even lower in places. Initially 1 finger-pencil dense wind slab at ridge top, then lower in the slope sympathetically triggered soft storm slab and entraining loose dry. Suspected weak layer Jan 30th Facets below crust. No involvement.
