Comments
Fresh snow fell during the day and stopped by 2pm. ~20cm with next to no wind. Snowline rose quickly during the day with temps reaching +1C at the hut. Warm temps, along with thick wet cloud, caused the new snow to become very wet and heavy (think mashed potatoes). Ski penetration 25cm. One group skiing reported a sz 1 slide on an south slope above the hut which ran for over 150m. Tree bombing in full force.
