Comments
Lots of snow on E aspects, W aspects looked scoured but experienced medium to heavy sluffing regardless. Heavy wind transport at ridgetop all day, evidence of a older size 2 with complex crowns, and slides to the ground across the valley. Sizeable cornices have formed overlooking E aspects. The last rain event had water run over the climb, a giving it a bit of a refresh, but new ice layer is brittle and not well bonded to ice under it, large dinnerplates sometimes.
