Comments
Beautiful day in the Milton creek drainage below Mt Spiers. Approaching the Mt Airy/Spiers cliff face from below, the alpine was heavily wind affected, with extremely variable wind crust, some thick powder in spots. Sounded hollow in places. One incidence of very superficial shooting crack. We skied cautiously above treeline. At treeline and below, snow was phenomenal: soft, deep. Fresh tracks back to the skin track.
