Started CMW traverse 6:30. Evidence of wet avalanche cycles everywhere. Snowpack is crusty. Day was cloudy so snowpack didn’t become isothermal. Didn’t bring skin wax, suffered up high, total clog.
Hardpack and windaffected even in covered north aspects.
