• Rapid temperature rise to near or above 0°C or wet surface snow.

Great corn harvest! Freeze-thaw has been solidly in place and the was a stout crust that softened through the day in the sun to provide perfect spring turns on South facing slopes. There were also some large bare spots to avoid, but this was easy enough to do.

Less fun on the way out in the shade where we scraped our way down.
